Zeezicht Apartments Cancellation Policy

Zeezicht Apartments will be updating our cancellation policy regularly to reflect reality and breaking news around travel restrictions and new developments related to the COVID-19 virus. Your ongoing support is important to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Guests who booked at Zeezicht via online travel agents, or any other third- party travel professional, are requested to contact their agent for further information on their respective policies. Zeezicht Apartments will not be held liable for online travel agent cancellations.
  • Guests who booked directly through our Website, Email or Whatsapp  must contact Elizan directly by email at [email protected]
  • Outright cancellations of bookings with Zeezicht Apartments; cancellations within 30 days prior to travel will result in our standard terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
  • As per our Standard Cancellation Policies, and in the event of a total cancellation of the booking, the following cancellation fees will apply from 27 November 2021:
  • Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival - forfeit 100% of booking total
  • Cancellation 14 - 30 days before arrival - forfeit 100% of deposit
  • Cancellation 31 - 45 days before arrival - forfeit 50% of deposit
  • Cancellation more than 46 days before arrival pay 10% of booking total for admin and transaction fees
  • No shows will be charged for in full
  • In all cases, we will review extraordinary circumstances on an ad-hoc basis, at Zeezicht Apartments.

  • In selected cases some exclusions may apply. Peak period cancellations will be strictly enforced.
  • Please contact us when cancelling your reservation if further, applicable terms or exceptions apply and when booking or changing reservations.
  • We have the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and will send out notifications of these changes
